I worked with Keith for many years on our Rabbit Run Creek project in New Hope, PA. This is a community of 37 custom high-end townhomes with no two homes alike selling in the $2M range. Keith was not only responsible for building the individual homes but also for the entire infrastructure of the community. The quality of workmanship and his persistent oversight of all his subs ensuring that they deliver their best work was a key to the success of this community. It was originally set for the sales director to work with each owner on their customizations but we saw early on that no one was better working with the buyers than Keith. He made them feel at ease and worked with them through all their customizations to create their one-of-a-kind residence.
It did not stop there, he also continued to assist them after they made a settlement and many years afterward to ensure that any questions and issues were handled quickly and to their satisfaction. Sound like it is too good to be true. It was true alright and I can tell you that if you reached out to any of those buyers they would be singing his praises to this day. It was not unusual that at every closing buyers made it a point to tell me how great it was to work with Keith and how he put them at ease.
